[DUPLICATE] Legendary meta gem vs PvP

I agree with myraje. Its meta that causes all this mess, you can still beat full PVE guys just by outplaying them, but if they got a meta gem then its almost impossible.

Sinister Primal Diamond currently has 1.35 PPM as intended by blizz (yes I know about the per-spec proc coefficient). Still, it should be a Real PPM system which we currently don't have. But please stop with the "omg 90% proc chance all the time". There was NO ACTUAL PROOF OF SUCH HIGH PROC CHANCE IN THIS BUG REPORT. If no proof will be posted, the topic will be rejected. Please make some videos proving the constant high proc chance

And also a video by a player from freakz, you can find this video in that post. You can see that meta gem is refreshing every time it expires and sometimes it procs even when the buff hasn't ended.

The same problem is to others meta gems, they are refreshing every time the buff/stacks disappear.

This topic started with "meta gems shouldn't proc in arenas", continued with "pve downscale in pvp", now it's about "meta gems proc chance". Please stop hijacking bug reports.
