Bug description: Tried to loot Namha's Tanning Mixture, it showed that i looted, but after that i cannot see it in my bags, it somehow vanishes

Tried again, when I loot Namha's Tanning Mixture from the table, I get Fresh Stonehide Pelt https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=130868&&name=fresh-stonehide-pelt instead
