[DUPLICATE] [MAGE] Balaadur cutscene bug

Bug description: While playing you randomly get a cutscene for Balaadur. If you skip it -> black screen until you restart the game. Happens randomly even while raiding, doing m+ , world questing and even in Dalaran while I'm afk. Check this out as currently frost mages are bugged and can not participate in raids as they are not reliable cause of this bug. I tested myself for 4 hrs each spec and I can confirm it's happening only in Frost spec.
