Bug description: Anytime you use Iceblock when you have Arcane Missiles proc, the procs disappear, doesn't matter if there are 1,2 or 3 procs. This is very frustrating because you have to use all of your missiles before blocking in Raids and you lose procs if you ice block in emergency situations.

That's cause they appear as debuffs instead of buffs , the same thing happens with tarnished medallion, when you have it active and you ice block it disappears.

Confirmed, missiles should be treated as a buff, same goes for the medallion.
