Character name: Azaremis
Bug description: Inquisitor Baleful around 50% HP it surrounds himself with buble making him imune to attacks. After the buble the NPC loses combat which makes it heal to 80-100% and then the scenario repeats => to 50% => imune => reset

After the last restart there is still issue with evading as reported in https://trello.com/c/LXVsyIeE/205-inquisitor-baleful-prolifica
