[DUPLICATE] Mastery doenst wants to procc from Echo of the elements

Bug description: Echo of the elements wont procc for the elemental shaman mastery : elemental overload.There was the same problem with tarecgosa too.

Red color: Original lavaburst
Green color: Echo of the elements procc ( from the original lava burst)
Blue color : Mastery procc from the original lava burst
Purple color : Echo of the elements procc ( from the Mastery procc)

oh.... and by the way i have exactly 58,00% mastery on my ele shaman and it proccs quite rare for that ammount of mastery i got.
But this will be posted on an other Bug report.
