[DUPLICATE] Missing NPCs - Krasarang Wilds

WoW Freakz link: Mavis Harms + Dalan Nightbreaker + Disha Fearwarden
Bug description: The 3 NPCs are not spawned in Krasarang Wilds. Their 3 Horde counterparts - Kar Warmaker, Muerta, and Ubunti the Shade - are all spawned.

In addition to this, all 6 NPCs should drop Honorable Commendation of the Dominance Offensive and Honorable Commendation of Operation: Shieldwall respectively, among others.
