[DUPLICATE] [Monk Class Order Hall] Bubbling Keg has no loot

Bug description: If you have Brewhouse (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=223218&&name=brewhouse) researched in your order hall, you should be able to loot the Bubbling Keg once a day for a chance to get the hidden brewmaster artifact skin (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=139561&&name=legend-of-the-monkey-king) and other items besides that, but the keg has no loot (i've been looting it for 3 days and got nothing whatsoever).
Proof: Couldn't bring more proof other than those screenshots but it can be easily checked.
