[DUPLICATE] [Monk][Mistweaver][Spell] Thunder Focus Tea infinite CD when affected by Hearthstop Aura

Bug description: When you are affected by Heartstop Aura, after you use Thunder Focus Tea once, it has infinite cd.(Also heartstop aura stays applied even after you exit the arena, but I guess that's another topic.) You can see in the screenshot that I press on Thunder Focus Tea and nothing happens, because it appears like it's in an infite cooldown.
