Bug description: When you are affected by Heartstop Aura, after you use Thunder Focus Tea once, it has infinite cd. You can see in the screenshot that I press on Thunder Focus Tea and nothing happens, because it appears like it's in an infite cooldown. !!!!!!!!!!!!!Quicksand can you not duplicate it again!!!!!!!!!!!! ?

It is posted. Your thunder tea is not so special, lots of spells are affected by this. Read that topic, he actually brings up TFT as an example. There is no point reporting all affected spells when there is a post that actually reports the cause.
