[DUPLICATE] [NPC] Korgaz Deadaxe

Bug description:
Korgaz Deadaxe should be able to provide Death Knights the ability to recruit Ebon Soldiers, however, in game he does not allow for you to recruit any Ebon Soldiers, instead, he has text about a Pandaren campaign. He does not even have show the menu to even recruit the Ebon Soldiers or any other options to talk to him. I have already been able to recruit Ebon Soldiers in the past from him, in 7.2.5, however after the update, I have been unable to, I have completed my DK campaign.
