[DUPLICATE] [NPC] Many-faced devourer summon

Bug description: I got all the reagents in my bag and tried to summon him, the way this object should work after casting create effigy the other one should spawn and empower effigy should summon the rare, at the moment what it does it just consumes your reagents and asks for them a second time.
