[DUPLICATE] Nar'thalas Writ Dissapearing Bug

Bug description: This is the 3rd time Nar'thalas Writ just dissapears from my Artifact slot and when i tried to get it back the first time (2nd time it dissapeared) the GM that helped me just said it can't be done (1) because
it's an artifact relic, but i payed good money for it every time and every time it just dissapeared and when i wanted to ask more questions about why is that he just clossed the topic, so i couldn't get much info on why or how (2). The thing is this happened to someone before and he got it back (3 and 4). In the following is the proof that i bought it and i had it (5, 6 and 7). Frankly, I just want this to be solved already.
