Bug description: when u reset the server , keystones that already activated and started before server reset , will be downgrade after we log back, although we could finish it in time. In Prev patch , when we came back after server reset , we had our key without downgrade , and we could do it on prev level again , but now we cant ...
Proof: all of us experienced it in new patch
