[DUPLICATE] Paladin Class Hall Quest "A Light in the Darkness"

Bug description: The turn-in quest npc (Maxwell Tyrosus) isn't there and by there I mean near the altar of ancient kings in the Hall of Champions.

EDIT: I tried retaking the quest and doing the scenario all over again, still nothing.
EDIT 2: A GM responded to my ticket, if there are any admins please close this topic. The GM said to wait for 7.3.5 because apparently it'll be fixed on that update. If you are a paladin and on the same boat. Make an alt and progress with that or stay with your paladin and do some quests and dungeons and raids.
