[DUPLICATE] [Paladin] Divine Hammer and Wake of Ashes bug

Bug description: First bug: if you bubble you can't use divine hammer, you get the CD but there are no hamemrs around you. Second bug: Divine hammer and Wake of ashes if you're too close to the target you wont deal damage.

There are some cases where i was using wake of ashes and i didnt get any holy power despise the target being in front of me, it might be occasionaly. Also I can say about the fact that sometimes the holy power dissapear and doesn't appear until you use 1-2 spells which slows ur rotation.

the holy power gain delay from DH is already confirmed

you probably missed wake of ashes since it can be tricky to hit while strafing / repositioning the cone can *** you over but it never happened to me to actually don't get holy power even if it hit
