Bug description: Sometimes Somehow I just can't use holy shock i keep pressing the button but it doesn't go on cd it happend in raid dungeons world. I don't know it is maybe affected by haste? or something triggers it
Proof: I have no idea how you could reproduce it, also i can't record cuz of i have a bad pc
