Bug description:
Speccing into the talent Aura of Mercy triggers PvP for the Paladin as soon as you walk into the proximity of an ally which has PvP enabled,
since it doesnt differenciate between an ally having PvP enabled or disabled.

This is especially annoying when you are a low geared player, going around minding your own business by doing world quests, then getting ganked
by a high geared player from the opposing faction, which you cant avoid since the pvp trigger isnt dependant on you.

Proof:
I cant really include screenshots since i might aswell turn on my pvp for the time being.

I can confirm this bug, but i think it's already reported.
