[DUPLICATE] [Paladin][Retri] Spell delay

Hi there . Well.. some classes spells have a small delay. We must press button multiple times before the spell was cast. It's especially annoying with melee classes.
It has nothing to do with lag, alot of inexperienced players don't see the problem.

I dont know about other classes but all offensive retri spells have delay:

It's really annoying, pressing the button 5 times before it will start to work. Check it pls
