Bug description: When you get one Fel Blood it counts as two and when you get 5 of them the quest completes and you can't get them anymore, then when you go to the class hall to complete the quest you can't because you don't have 10 Fel Blood and you can't get more of them...

Well, i killed a lot of mobs and i looted 11 of them in one try. But only 5 appear in my bag and the quest appears to be complete. But when i go to complete the quest, i cant do it with the 5 in my bag..

Confirmed. However, there is a workaround to this. Finish the quest with 5 fel blood and then drop those 5 into your bank. Your quest log will reset back to 0/10. Simply farm 5 more blood and then club both the ones in your bag and bank together to make a total of 10. Then proceed to finish the quest as intended. Hope this helps until a dev fix is put in place.
