[DUPLICATE] Potion of Prolonged Power cooldown bug

Bug description: as u see in pic im out of combat and still my potion didnt start its cd countdown,it says cooldown starts upon leaving combat and im out of combat in dalaran!

I can confirm this.

If you PREPOT (while out of combat) the potion won't reset unless you logout.
If you wait for the combat than use it, it will start the 2m cooldown.

Also, this affects all potions, not just potion of prolongued power. It's a general bug regarding potions.
