A bit of info first. Preserved Holly is a toy version of Fresh Holly[ https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=21212&&name=fresh-holly ] that allows you to change your mount into a reindeer. The difference between both these hollies are that the fresh holly are limited and work only temporarily until you dismount. Then you have to use fresh holly again to change your mount's appearance. Preserved holly on the other hand changes your mount to a reindeer for an hour and the effect will persist no matter how many times you dismount as it acts like a buff.

Bug description: Now the bug is that if you have the buff from the Preserved Holly and use Divine Steed, it mounts you up permanently ignoring the 3 second time limit entirely. Furthermore, you can also use some skills like Consecration or Avenger's shield but then the character bugs out and you have to manually click the mount icon in the buff panel so you can use skills again as you can't unmount with the command keys anymore. This issue atm is limited to open areas only as the 3 second limit is still in place in instances.

Proof: Sorry I can't use any video making tools. Rest assured it is easy to replicate scenario. Just follow the steps above.
