Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Sin and punishment nu merge cum trebuie , avem dr pe fear effect cand vamp touch este dispeled, de asemenea dr effect la https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=64044&name=psychic-horror.
Dovada / Proof: Sin and Punishment's Vampiric Touch backlash fear effect no longer has diminishing returns, cum se anunta in 4.2.0 patch notes.
