Character name: Ayasopriest
Bug description: It is not giving any extra damage based on the spell power or the %SP multiplier is just wrong, it is not adding the remaining damage when reapplied to the new Devouring Plague, it is not generating any Shadowy Apparitions (passive) as well.
Proof: Enter in shadowform, generate 100 Insanity, use the skill once, then twice. The skill needs a full repair.
