Bug description: The damage bonus should be given for the mind flay channel if you start channeling it right before the devouring plague expires from the target. Right now the damage bonus is not given for this kind of mind flay channeling.

For more proof i can link for you some desciptions where it says to refresh Mind flay right before devouring plague expires for maximum damage output.
