Bug description: I did the artefact quest on feral specialization and I got my artefacts. When I switch on guardian/balance/restoration specialization I dont have any artefact abilities. I can't even put points on my traits. Also when I log out I lose all my artefact power, but when I switch the specialization I get it back..
