Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Am 8.12% hit si am dat miss cu tentacula de la gurthalack

Pai ala e spell =/.

tentacula are hit de la warr ( pe blizz nu am dat in viata mea miss ) hit de la tentacula e cel de la purtator nu are cum sa dea miss atat timp cat am hit cap .

Mind Fly -> Spell cum a zis si zohl, si e deja postat bugu asta.

pai tu ai hit cap de melee, ala e spell. eu asa vad logica

Warrioru e mai dezavantajat in aceasta privinta decat dk si retry care ajung automat la spell hit cap atunci cand fac melee cap .

Ca arms daca ai facut melee cap adica 8% inseamna ca ai aproape 9.4% spell hit .Deci tentaculele ar trebui sa aiba o sansa de 7.6% sa dea miss.

incerc sa revin cat de rpd pot cu un post in care zice ce am confirmat , insa nu gasesc nimic legat de problema asta . Insa vad ca nu aveti incredere in oameni care au jucat pe retail pe patch 4.3.4 .

Another issue I wonder is - do they use your character hit spell hit?

"If so, warriors are at a huge disadvantage as rets and DKs (afaik) are spell hitcapped. At least furries, with arms even further behind as they are lower on spell hit.
