Bug description: The quest: Going Down, Going Up [img]https://imgur.com/IhXDZoO[/img] is bugged As you can see in the image, the npc of the quest does not appear next to be able to throw one.

Confirmed.

The rappel point doesn't allow you to glide down safely and go back up again.

Oren's Prized Possessions isn't spawned either.
