[DUPLICATE] [Quest][Netherstorm] Triangulation Point One is not work

Bug description: u can not take this quest, u have no quest item to do this and this is a important quest for who care about transmogrifaction becuz this is a part of a chain quest.
this is a small fix but we need this quest and this quest chain so much, we gonna be happy if u fix it sooner, thank u.

I have the same problem , you can't pickup quest , specially because you don't get the device , in questhelper is a weird notation that might cause it
