Bug description: Got the quest from the NPC Cronicler Toopa, completed the 20 world quests and HS back to Boralus, went to talk to the NPC, he gave me the same quest again, removing the 20 world quests i have finished from the quest log, thus reseting the progress and giving me a second identical quest.
