plus , if you read that thread carefully pirinush , the poster is talking about the ATTACK SPEED of the ghoul not being affected by haste on real time , only snapshooting like gargoyle does , not of the ENERGY REGEN

on the screenshots above attack speed isnt affected by haste either. 27 melee hits vs 27 melee hits.as for not energy regen not scaling with haste id like to see some serious proof that it shouldnt do that
