After getting into Scarlet Monastery dugeon at level 30 I got the "Evicted Soul" debuff which makes a pair of giant red eyes apear on top of you but the thing is after we exited the dungeon the debuff was still there and I can't find a way to get rid of it

The issue was already reported here. Try using the unstuck option on our site to remove the debuff.
