Bug description: I saw a comfirmed post about the same issue. I couldnt figure it out how to comfirm it on Trello or to let you know that the bug exists.
Im just worried about it because on Trello It is in the "can't confirm/ NMI section and there is nothing in the "shaman" one. I just wanted to comfirm that Flame Surge does not proc at all, thats a big problem.
Im sorry if I just made a duplicate post but really just wanted to further add emphasis on the subject.
Proof: I can't make a picture about something that does not exist. I can only give you me word. I tested it for hours, single target and multiple as well. Tried to adjuste/change talents. I changed specs, logged in and out. I tried everything that can come to my mind but nothing helped.
