As vrea sa adaug aici ca stackurile se pun pe tine incepand cu pandaria, mai este topicul si la confirmed dar e inchis si nu am putut posta acolo...

Si ce vreau sa mai adaug si eu pe langa asta, pt ca Madau a confirmat gresit ca Fire Elementalul nu pune searing flames, pune si acesta stacks(nu doar searing totem).

Currently buff appear on totem and do not benefit the FT or the lava lash.

I've editede the part where it shoul add stacks to the shaman.
About fire elemental i already said there that it doesnt add stacks because the fire elemental does not cast any spells, this being the cause of the bug.
