Bug description: Healing Tide Totem heals 5 targets at a time
Proof:
https://imgur.com/a/sv9Mj - You see in each photo healing tide totem healed 5 more targets when it should heal all the raid as it also says in the tooltip ("Summons a totem at your feet for 10 seconds, which pulses every 2 sec, healing ALL party or raid members within 40 yards for")

This post is fixed since you can see in targets more than 5 people from different parties or MAYBE it happens only in PvP Environment

Both the initial tick + the targets healed bug are confirmed.

Please wait for them to get fixed, when devs will check will fix the whatever issue is with the current spell.
