Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Miss with meel white attack and meel abilities happens even vs low lvl mobs or player (shouldnt with my hit rating and +6% hit chance bonus from enh spec) I dont know its only enh shaman problem or some kind of general bug but its realy serious.

I have hit parry dodge problem on my DK 2.

28XEP and my attacks got parry-ed and dodged, and when you pvp Druid, cat form. its better 2 spam coils on hem, coz 30% my attacks got dodged

Atm I have 5% hit - I shooed not mis with my special attacks
28 expertise. so question is how much hit we need, and how many EXP for pvp/pve

The expertize cap is only helping u mitigate the 5% base dodge/parry every player has without gear, however a lot of classes have an extra dodge chance.
Yet however if a caster is dodging u while been Expertize caped then there is something wrong.
