Bug description: You have to talk to the Avatar of Terokk in order for him to lend his power so you can destroy the shattered hand. After you get the quest, you are not able to talk to the avatar or click on him at all. I thought it might be closer to the Shattered Hand area, but he is not there.

Apparently mouse didn't show on the ss, but I don't know any other way to prove it
