[DUPLICATE] [Spitescale Cove] An Ancient Enemy

Bug description: 4 Vol'jin appear(3 of them being overlapped) and can't hit Zar'jira, all attacks missing

I was able to slay Zar'Jira with lots of patience. Even though most of the attacks are a miss, every once in a while a Manifestation of the Sea Witch will spawn which dealt damage for about 10% of her max health through Soul Scar (wowhead link) to Zar'Jira when killed, just as the quest is supposed to. The only difference is that Zar'Jira does nothing at all meanwhile and only once we had to put off the fires behind her.

The problem now is I can't turn in the quest. Here's proof of the mission completed in the quest log and not being able to speak to Vol'Jin. https://imgur.com/a/iiiX4

Also, more and more Vol'Jin keep coming whilst trying to slay Zar'Jira, I assume from people accepting the quest, and he approaches the quest area swimming in the air/terrain.

Same problem here.
After talking to Vol'jin he starts swimming in the air, a second Vol'jin spawns and scripting doesn't start.
Nothing happens after waiting for 20min and boss is not killable.

Bug description: The quest can't be turned into Vol'jin it seems. Have seen the question mark pop above his head once during today when trying to see if usual troubleshooting options would work. A player befopre me turned thee quest in however and I haven't had any luck since trying to turn it in. The .info command as of this post states that 238 players have completed it. Not sure why I would be the exception as I've tried various combinations or all of: deleting my Cache, FrameXML, accepting the quest from all the NPCs that offer it, phasing out, logging out & even just quitting game & restarting WoW; completing the quest objective a dozen times in the process today to no avail.

I had the same problem. I tried making vol'jin follow some naga mobs towards the boss but he ignored her xD lol
