[DUPLICATE] Starting quest for Argus bugged. Help Please

Bug description:
escort is not on boat
I am guessing it is because i did "the dark portal" which was a quest in my log when I logged into the new update. Because I cannot complete "demons among them" 40983 because sylvanas is not there I believe that it phased the whole area outside of org and therefore the escort is not appearing on the boat https://imgur.com/Ivr6qju
It does appear on my alts though only on this one character. "The one the is stuck in the allied race quest line I messaged about in another post" That I cannot see them. I am not sure if they are related or not. Can you do something so I can start Argus on my DH which is my main char.

Maybe try completing the quest in my quest log already demons among them to help me turn it in and get out of the phase?

I tried dropping the hand of fate and picking it up again. It did not work.
