[DUPLICATE] [Stormsong Valley] Burton Farmstead location no mobs

There is something wrong with the location in Stormsong Valley called Burton Farmstead. When you enter the location, all mobs suddenly disappear. You take a step back to another location and you see them again. Step forward into the location - they disappear again: https://imgur.com/a/8vTDo0e
With that issue you're unable to complete location related quests: Farming Stimulator, Gadgets and Gizmos Aplenty, StopVining!.
