[DUPLICATE] [Stratholme] Balnazzar not spawned correctly

Bug description: After the revamp of some old instances in Mist of Pandaria, Balnazzar was changed to spawn in demon form from the start instead of his human disguise of Grand Crusader. The NPC is currently spawned in human form with very low health making someone at level 110 one-shot him(because of scaling) before he could change to demon form. This change was implemented for this exact reason. I remember that on Genesis you had both of the forms spawned at the same time, that's a bug as well, but still better than not being able to complete the quests and achievements that require you to not one-shot him just because you're class don't have non-scaled damage. There are people that completed it before, but it was either through gtting a low level player with them or from transfers. There should not be a need for that to happen.
