Bug description: when clicking on the teleport to head back to the Fountain after grabbing Weathered Telemancy Beacon you get stuck. The animation for the teleport is performed but it does not teleport you back.

As the quest is confirmed to be bugged and wasn't marked as fixed, the issue wasn't resolved meaning this is a duplicate.
