Thank you for reporting this and making a video, however the quest is already confirmed to be bugged here. We are aware of the issues regarding Suramar along with it's reputation and it will be fixed. Please have patience.

As for WoD, the zone is also under construction and not fully scripted, that is why you're having multiple issues with it. We're also aware of that.
