Bug description:"Lifebloom's final healing is increased by 200% and Lifebloom's periodic healing has a 5% chance heal for its final healing amount." I tested it now on 10 full durations , 220 lifebloom ticks overall not a single time the final amount heal occured , only when the hot expired. on 200 ticks statistically it should have procced atleast 10 times.
