Bug description
: u cant turn the quest in ogrimmer to npc called isabela cuz she is just not there.
so isabela mage trainer is missing npc in gromsh hold..

Hello Chaosdfreaks,

I have not been able to reproduce the issue.
I am having that specific npcs spawning whenever I am on her position.

Is there any chance that you have / had a quest that might have put you in another phase?

I had the same issue, as did many more people asking about it in the global chat, the npc is just not there

ok still same problem i have no phasing quest.. i done all legions quests in legions and all bfa starting quests and even panda starting quests back in legion so i dont have phasing .
