Bug description: Stuck
Proof:

Was in this zone earlier today with no problem. Now when I go there, I am immediately stuck. You can't move at all. As soon as you come in on flight path. Thought it was on my end, so I deleted caches and WTF Dir It didn't fix. You can't even use hearth. I've had to do an unstuck action several times now.
