[DUPLICATE] Troll Bug [You can't Open That]

i have Troll warlock and Since the begining i have huge problem , i cant loot Q items from the ground , i can't CAPTURE FLAG in AB , i got message "You can't Open That"
pls help

First of all,please use the model http://forum.wow-freakz.com/HOW-WHAT-TO-POST-BUG-REPORT-t36934.html Probably you are a Troll Warlock or Druid or a new class for Trolls....Please bring a proof ! And the last thing,DONT DO BUMPS IF 1 MONTH DIDN'T PASSED!!! or at least 2 WEEKS!!
