[DUPLICATE] Trueshot broken after going to bastion of twilight special dungeon

Bug description: Trueshot doesnt seem to reduce the cooldown of aimed shot. The ability aimed shot is available visually but isnt castable.
This happened right after i went to bastion of twilight special dungeon.
It seems to only affect my character, relog, death, change spec, change talents, and Unstuck after waiting 1 min, all did not work.
I've made tickets and keep getting told to unstuck after waiting more than 1 min, but that is not fixing this problem.

Btw, a gm named Skye tried to reset my cooldowns in order to fix this issue, but it has not resolved the problem.
He asked me to add this as an update

The Issue is not related to any kind of Dungeon Interaction its a general Problem affecting the Spell.
