After defeating Thorim in Ulduar on any difficulty, he is not showing up in the ring of observation to proceed to the general vezax and yogg-saron because the gate is locked.

Also the door leading to general Vezax is locked, even after i rescue all 4 keepers. Pls just delete it entirely if you dont want to hassle with a fix.
