Bug description: After killing Stitchwork in icc, and using the item "The Bonereaper's Hook", we do not get the appearance. Neither the animation appears that we get the appearance. Since the Stitchwork respawns, I tried to killed him more times, and use the item, but still nothing in altar...

It seems that the hidden appearance is pretty bugged in general. First of all, using the macro from yt (which says whether the book from Apocalypse spell has been dropped) one actually gets "True", and I think anyone has this answer...Even that is the hardest part to complete, I think that many players have true with no effort. Then, Stitchwork is not well scripted (regarding the trap door), but it has been pointed out by Schokeru - that some parts are scripted here and there...
